Used by 3 parameters:

• In EXPRESSION in NoiseSampler:

  samplers Map<String, DimensionApplicableSampler> - Defines a mapping of function names to samplers.

• In EXPRESSION_NORMALIZER in NoiseSampler:

  samplers Map<String, DimensionApplicableSampler> - An additional mappping of named noise samplers that can be used in the expression.

• In base in pack.yml:

  samplers Map<String, DimensionApplicableSampler> - A set of samplers globally accessible within Expressions in EXPRESSION samplers defined inside other config files.
